Atlas 3.6 3D Printer

The Atlas 3.6 is Titan’s new largest 3D printer. With a build volume reaching 6ft tall and 4ft wide, the Atlas 3.6 enables printing of large, production parts on Titan’s robust, reliable and accurate Atlas platform. The Atlas 3.6 enables production additive manufacturing solutions with Titan’s state-of-the-art extruder configurations including Hybrid Pellet + Filament Extrusion, Dual Pellet Extrusion and Single Pellet Extrusion systems.

Our Largest System

With an industrial heated enclosure and a 50″x50″x72″ print volume, the Atlas 3.6 brings production large-format polymer 3D printing to greater heights. With the Atlas 3.6’s larger print area reaching 72” in height, the design and fabrication of this system is heavy-duty to handle the additional weight and size of the machine. Built with a heavy-duty, rigid design and powerful components, the Atlas 3.6 can maintain accuracy and fast rapid travel speeds with the larger print area. 

The Atlas 3.6 also features production solutions with an industrial CNC motion control system, door interlocks safety systems, material drying system integrations as well as other sensor integrations including thermal imaging cameras and more.

Pellet Extrusion on the Atlas

3D print with high temperature materials including CF-PEI, GF-PEKK and GF-PC on the Atlas with Titan’s Pellet Extrusion System and Industrial Heated Enclosure. Direct pellet fed 3D printing enables the use of a wide range of materials while reducing material cost by 10X and with 10X higher deposition rates compared to filament 3D printing.

Hybrid Pellet + Filament Extrusion

The Atlas with Hybrid Pellet + Filament Extrusion system provides the ultimate flexibility in choosing the right extrusion technique for your application. For large parts that need to be printed quickly, select pellet extrusion for high-deposition rates. For parts that require high surface resolution and fine details, filament extrusion is the preferred method. Hybrid printing also enables printing with dual materials, such as soluble support material and high-performance model material.
